Community Meetings-Series of Three • Listen to what is important to community • Engage community as to what is important. • Present potential amenities vetted by the City administration. • Gather all ideas and perform a grid analysis with gathered participants. • Review consensus with attendees and define the core vision for the site. • Conceptual master planning • Review data from survey of residents. • Present preliminary conceptual master plan diagrams and solicit community feedback. • Facilitate puzzle game. • 3. Define scope of work • Develop a single master plan concept with which to move forward. • Develop order-of-magnitude opinions of probable costs. • Determine whether phasing is required to complete the construction. • Present a defined scope of work to be carried forward to design, bidding and construction.
