  6. Materials Ramp Foam Sand paper Aluminum foil Bubble wrap Car Measuring tape

Procedures Set up the ramp using three books Set up measuring tape on the floor Apply different types of surfaces: foam, aluminum foil, bubble wrap, and sand paper Put the car on the ramp and let it go Measure the distance the car travels on each surface and record the results on the data chart

  11. Conclusion Our prediction was wrong. The car that was on the foam surface traveled the farthest.
