What is clinical leadership today? “The concept of clinical healthcare staff undertaking the roles of leadership: setting, inspiring and promoting values and vision, and using their clinical experience and skills to ensure the needs of the patient are the central focus in the organisation’s aims and business benchmarks. Clinical leadership is key to both promoting high-quality clinical care and transforming services to achieve higher levels of excellence.
