  2. Devices for Learning • If you have a Smartphone or other device that you can use in class, please write “Device” under your name. • If you do not have a Smartphone or other device that you can use in class, please write, “No Device” under your name.

  3. Internet Access • If you can regularly access the internet from home on a device or computer, please write “Access” under the previous line. • If you cannot regularly access the internet from home on a device or computer, please write, “No Access” under the previous line.
