Merchants sign a Marketing Agreement with four conditions to reach our members: Provide our members a minimum 10% discount from retail pricing. Pay VRL a minimum of 5% of all transactions originated from the myVRL community. Place the VRL logo prominently on your Home Page and invite your customers to join the Group we build for you on www.myvrl.com Your positioning within our Merchant Partner directory is contingent on your discount to our members; the percentage of your transaction fee to VRL, the number of members in your Group on www.myvrl.com and our member rating of your performance. You control all the rating variables.
