Steps to become a CCA PartnerSTEP 1 - OPN Membership • To become an OPN Member • Complete and submit the OPN Enrolment Form online • OPN Homepage is http://oraclepartnernetwork.oracle.com • Pay OPN Annual Membership Fee of USD$1995 • Membership processed and accepted • Have access to general information on the OPN Portal at http://opn.oracle.com via individual OPN Web Accounts

Steps to become a CCA PartnerSTEP 2 - Siebel PFA: What is it? • Siebel Product Focus Area (PFA) • To view specific information via the OPN Portal about Oracle’s CRM initiatives you will need to join and be accepted into the Siebel Product Focus Area • You will receive access to: • News & Events: Keep up with news and get advance notice of upcoming events • Education: Access to the latest Oracle Siebel training courses, online seminars, and webcasts • Sales Kits: Oracle Siebel Sales Kit, Customer Adoption Presentations, White Papers and Executive Support for qualified key customer opportunities • Marketing: Partner testimonials, lead generation, marketing campaign kits, customizable collateral,technical workshops, and solution seminars

Steps to become a CCA Partner STEP 2 - Siebel PFA: How to join? • Prerequisite: Must be a current OPN Member in good standing. • Complete and submit the Siebel Product Focus Landing Pad questions found on the OPN Portal under • Engage with Oracle>Product Focus Areas>Oracle’s Siebel>Meet the Requirements>Siebel Product Focus Area Link • When request is processed and accepted, you will see the Siebel Link under the Product Focus Heading in My Company Initiatives area • Request will be processed within 5 working days • Web Access is http://www.oracle.com/partners/home/pf/global/siebel/unauth/index.html

  13. Steps to become a CCA Partner STEP 4 – Demonstration Software: How to have access? Step 1: Partners must complete the Minimum Training Requirements Certified and Certified Advantage partners may have already met the Minimum Training Requirements as a part of completing the CP/CAP Staff Competency Requirements (PDF). Step 2: Download or Order Software by clicking on the Download Applications Software link below. Downloads are available in most countries. To determine if downloads are available within your country click on the Download Applications Software link below and confirm downloads are available in your country via the edelivery page. The following links are provided for partners who are members of the appropriate Applications Product Focus Area and have completed the Minimum Training Requirements or met the appropriate CP/CAP Staff Competency Requirements (PDF). Download Applications Software via edelivery.OR Request a physical shipment of the software by downloading and completing the Development and Demonstration Ordering Document (XLS). This ordering document should be completed only AFTER the Minimum Training Requirements have been completed. Before access to software is allowed, at least one individual from the partner organization must complete all of iLearning Training courses belowContact Center Anywhere Online Courses: • 8.1.2 TOI Oracle Contact Center Anywhere Functional Overview • AGSS - CRM Connect: Oracle Contact Center Anywhere • Working with Administration Manager • Introduction to Distributed Architecture

Steps to become a CCA Partner STEP 5 – Technical Support • Purchase Support Request Packs. • "Partner" level OPN members must purchase Support Request packs in order to receive online support. • 10 SRs Pack @ $3000 or 25 Pack @ $5000 • Certified Partner (CP) and Certified Advantage Partner (CAP) level partners receive a specified number of Support Requests free each year as a benefit.
