Our Workshop Electronic Actuator Tester & Programmer VSR Balancing Component Balancer The VSR balancing process aims to control a turbo's vibration level all while reducing noise and prolonging the bearing's lifespan. These machines allow us to test a turbo's electronic actuator and, in the case of damage, we can reprogram a blank actuator to match the functioning of the turbo under repair. The component balancer is used to balance the wheel and shaft of a rotor. It allows us to determine whether the shaft is straight and matches the correct balance specifications.
