Training Intent • Provide guidance and tools to assist medical centers in developing and implementing emergency response decontamination programs involving Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) events. • Provide training that will comply with OSHA/EPA, and other regulatory agencies. • Monitor effectiveness of training to ensure competencies are met.

  4. Training Intent • This training is designed for medical centers who will receive casualties involved with CBRNE events and who are expected to conduct decontamination and treatment. • It is assumed that the medical center is not involved at the emergency site, and that arriving casualties is the primary danger from contact or contamination.
