  2. Characteristics Koalas have no tail. They are small and furry. Their color can be gray and brown. They have big ears.

  3. What they do Koalas curl up in eucalyptus trees. They sleep most of the day. In harsh weather they curl up in a ball.

  4. What They Eat Koalas eat eucalyptus leaves. They have a lot of food to eat. Because no other animal in the forest eats them.

  5. Special Facts Koalas are marsupials. They eat more than two pounds of eucalyptus leaves a day. They sleep most of the day. They have a very good sense of hearing.
