A 58-yr-old man with right pleural effusion. 10 개월 전 ㅣ HTN Dx po medi -> amlodipine 1T M local f/u 하던 중 CXR 시행하였고 Rt. pl effusion 발견  충남소제 대학병원 방문하여 W/U  malignant mesothelioma, pleura(Rt) 진단 받음 20 일전 입원 ㅣ W/U 상에서 operability 없다고 판단하여 CTx 의뢰됨  pallitive CTx

A 58-yr-old man with right pleural effusion • 10 개월 전 ㅣ HTN Dx po medi -> amlodipine 1T Mlocal f/u하던 중 CXR 시행하였고 Rt. pl effusion 발견 충남소제 대학병원 방문하여 W/U  malignant mesothelioma, pleura(Rt)진단 받음 • 20 일전 입원 ㅣ W/U 상에서 operability 없다고 판단하여 CTx 의뢰됨  pallitive CTx • 3 일전 Dyspnea로 내원하여 Rt. pl effusion management 로 VATs talc pleurodesis 시행 • 직업: 연극연출
