O2 sat 97% RA
GEN: Well nourished man in NAD.
CHEST: Decreased BS at right base w/ dullness.
No wheezes/rhonchi.
CV: RRR. No murmurs or gallops. No JVD.
EXT: 2+ LE non-pitting edema.
