  5. Why the Committee was Formed • Formulate plans to initiate, coordinate, and conduct joint exams • Develop exam tools and programs for NACARA members usage • Standardize exam practices

  6. 2014 Accomplishments • Conducted 3 exams jointly with the CFPB • Conducted 1 exam as States only • Developed a IR based on member states • Developing an Exam report

  7. 2015 and beyond • “Divide & Conquer” Continued effort of combining tools, exam time/topics, write-ups, etc. • Looking to conduct 2 state only exams in 2015 in addition to any CFPB exams • Having an established process and /procedures for future examiners
