Preamble-RECAP • An intensive 4 days has been spent on ISSER premises, our gracious host and partner . • By ICED criteria which is subject to peer review this has been a very successful conference in terms of organisation, participation and the quality of discussions and substance. • We have had participants from over 15 countries and the variety span: • Academia • Development sector partners and workers • Civil Society Groups • Evaluators • Consultants • Representatives of Government machinery: Ministers, Chief Directors, First Secretaries as well as Civil and Public Servants • Students
Preamble-What Have we Achieved?
