It will also be of interest to staff teaching part-time courses to classes of predominantly mature students, including post-graduate classes. It will look at the expectations mature students often have regarding their relationships with academic staff and suggest strategies to meet theses expectations. It will also consider class-management and teaching techniques most likely to engage mature students at both individual level and in group learning contexts.
