Large Power Time of Use Time Periods: • Summer (June through September) • On Peak – 10AM – 6PM Weekdays • Shoulder – 7AM – 10AM Weekdays and 6PM – 11PM Weekdays • Off Peak – 11PM -7AM Weekdays and all weekend hours • Winter (October through May) • On Peak – 10AM – 6PM Weekdays • Shoulder – 7AM – 10AM Weekdays and 6PM – 11PM Weekdays • Off Peak – 11PM -7AM Weekdays and all weekend hours

  4. Large Power Time of Use Kilowatt-Hour Pricing: • Summer (June through September) • On Peak – 8.1¢/kWh • Shoulder – 7.9¢/kWh • Off Peak – 7.5¢/kWh • Winter (October through May) • On Peak – 6.9¢/kWh • Shoulder – 6.7¢/kWh • Off Peak – 6.5¢/kWh

  13. How Are They Working? • Percentage of Commercial Customers on TOU Rates = 7,375/30,000 or about 24.6% • Percentage of Residential Customers on TOU Rates = 35,100/280,000 or about 12.5%
