2. Support your Coordinator Steering group - are you: • Championing the Challenge? • Committed and active? • Hosting events? Take the ‘Me + 3’ Challenge
3. Get to know the Champions Coordinator: • Start making calls • Recruit new Champions if necessary • Set up face-to-face meetings • Challenge should be fun and easy for them!
5. Invest time in large workplaces • Arrange meetings ASAP • Form stakeholder group • Recruit more than one champion • Promote new Goals function
6. Be creative to get publicity • Know your local media • Plan a Challenge launch • Set up an Interesting photo opportunity.....
7. Hold eventful events! • Plan ahead • Use incentives • Promote with new posters • Offer bonus prizes
