Monitoring Data & Glide Path Subcommittee (MDGPSc) Deliverables • Task 1.1: Tracking Metric Evaluation (Complete) • EPA metric performs adequately for most sites but some sites may need additional State evaluation • MDGPScSummary Document • Overview of the Tracking metric • Differences between Natural Haze and controllable/uncontrollable sources • Overview of E3 evaluation and results of alternative metric approaches • List of alternative metrics States can consider and an example of evaluation steps and proper coordination

MDGPSc/CGPScDeliverables • Task 1.2: Analyze monitor data trends • Revised substituted IMPROVE monitoring dataset (Complete) • Air Resource Specialists (ARS) evaluated missing data, suggested recommended substitution procedures, solicited State feedback, and finalized the dataset • Natural Conditions evaluation • Task group lead by Brandon McGuire (Montana) building a scoping document evaluating current NC approach, strengths/limitations, and suggested alternatives • ARS to evaluate trends in NC to bound their variability • URP adjustment for wildland prescribed fire and anthropogenic international emissions • RTOWG and CGPSc task group undergoing internal discussions to determine the scope of this subtask and address modeling questions and potential limitations.

Shared Database Implementation Progress • Task 7.1: Review TSS v1 for Priority Needs • Task 7.2: Coordinate and Review TSS v2 Monitor Data Tool Development (In Progress) • Haze Analysis and Visibility Summary tools available now • Work is underway to get substituted data into the database and add indicators where data substitution is present • Continuing work on labels and descriptive text • Task 7.3 Coordinate and Review TSS v2 Emissions Data and Projections Tool Development (In Progress) • 2014 emissions data is coming in from contractors and may be available on TSS v2 in May

Shared Database Implementation Progress • Task 7.4: Coordinate and Review TSS v2 Base Year Modeling Tool Development (In Progress) • Model performance information to be added to TSS v2 soon • Tasks 7.5-7.6: Coming late-2019/early-2020 as data becomes available from other work groups • Task 7.7: Provide TSS Training Webinars (In Progress) • Two educational webinars held thus far • Ongoing periodic updates will be integrated with milestone webinar topics described in new Task 6

Consultation & Coordination Implementation Progress • Task 8.1: Identify SIP Planning Target Dates (Complete) • Timelines identifying critical SIP planning milestones and critical informal consultation junctures • Task 8.2: Establish Consultation-Coordination Framework (In Progress) • Updated white paper presented to subcommittee and to TDWG in April. Working toward subcommittee consensus in May, then move to RHPWG, then docket • Continuing effort to solicit input on Outreach Guidance one-pagers • List of key contacts to be updated soon with further clarification of regional FLM points of contact & reference to Tribal Contacts List • Task 8.3: Coordinate and Support Informal Consultation among WRAP Member Agencies (In Progress/Ongoing)
