Task 1 • Imagine yourself as a Danish Jewish family. Identify the following terms to help us understand your religious beliefs: Rabbi, synagogue, Star of David, Judaism, Torah, Rosh Hashanah, Kosher. • Jewish History http://remember.org/guide/Facts.root.whoare.html
Task 2 • As a group visit the websites on the next slide to get a better understanding of what basic privileges the Jews had gradually lost before the war begun. • Imagine yourself as a Danish Jewish family and list and discuss 3 of those privileges you've lost. Be sure to stay in character when describing the events and your feelings. Record your conversation on photo booth.

Task 3 The war has escalated- your family is in immediate danger and will have to go into hiding. You are allowed to bring 1 small suitcase. As a family, draw and describe in detail the items that you would bring, and why.
Last Task!!! • Your group will choose a scene to act out. • Your group will first write a summary of the the skit. (Each person needs a copy) • Your group will read the summary and act out the skit . • This will be flip video taped and shared with the class.
