Fall 2013 Transfer Admission Selection Process • Admit (except for "Highly Impacted" majors): those considered "local" based on their high school of graduation or their military veteran status and have met the minimum major cumulative GPA and required lower-division preparation. • Admit: those on a space-available basis who are not considered "local," but have met the major-specific minimum cumulative GPA and the minimum required lower-division major preparation. • If space is available, CSU eligible students without the minimum major preparation will then be considered. • Consider to admit all others, if the applicant agrees to complete recommended CSULB transfer requirements in their first year at CSULB. • Highly Impacted Majors: admitted based on completion of all posted additional supplemental criteria and requirements.
