Отличительные особенности • Новый транспортный канал HS-DSCH • 3 новых физических канала HS-SCCH, HS-DPCCH и HS-PDSCH • High Speed-Shared Control Channel (HS-SCCH) информирует пользователя о том, что ему будут передаваться данные в HS-DSCH через 2 слота • Uplink High Speed-Dedicated Physical Control Channel (HS-DPCCH) предназначен для передачи сообщений обратной связи (подтверждений доставки и CQI)от пользователя • High Speed-Physical Downlink Shared Channel (HS-PDSCH) канал соответствующий транспортному каналу HS-DSCH • Hybrid automatic repeat-request (HARQ) • 12 ms round-trip time • Fast packet scheduling • Adaptive modulation and coding • QPSK, 16-QAM и 64-QAM (HSPA+); 5, 10 и 15 кодов • Dual-Cell (HSPA+) • Carrier aggregation • MIMO (HSPA+)
