  3. UPCOMING EVENTS Probation/Dismissal letters are being sent out this week NEXT MEETING : October 7th INDUCTION : October 8th Induction is mandatory. We have sign up sheets for set up and clean up crews.

  4. Dues and Fees • Returning Members: $12 • Due October 7th (Next Meeting)

  5. Induction Information • October 8th, 2013 6:00pm commons • Dress Code: • Guys: • Long sleeve button ups • Khaki Pants • Long Tie or Bow Tie Preferred • Girls: • Knee Length Dress • All dresses and outfits must meet WHS dress code. *******NO Blue Jeans Allowed*******

  6. Conference Information • February 6-9, 2014 • Royal Palms Condominiums Myrtle Beach, SC • Quiz Bowl Team • Talents- individual/small group & group • State Officers • Academic Competitions • Art Competitions

  7. Stamp System • New way of signing in for meeting • Each member will get a stamp sheet with their Club-hours sheet. • When you attend a meeting, to sign in you will be given a stamp in the box that corresponds with the meeting date that you attend. • This sheet is to be turned in with the Club-hours sheet at the end of the year.

  8. T-shirt Design • Theme is “Making History with Beta” • Submit your design by October 4

  9. In Club Opportunities • Café Workers- 7:50 – 8:15 & 9:50 – 10:10 • Can Food Drive • We need Team Leaders!!!! You’ll get 2 in-club hours. Sign up for your teacher. • Encourage your class, bring the donations, keep up with your classes tally.

  10. Out-of-Club Opportunities • Centerville Fall Festival: Friday, September 20th
