  3. Purpose • Teach Leadership Skills • Create Strong Support Teams • Advance in Rank • Increase number of full-time IPC leaders • Increase enrolments through small meetings • Enrol new IPCs on LRP

  4. Skills • Planning • Establishing and reaching goals • Developing discipline and consistency • Inviting and Teaching • Identifying new leaders • Closing meetings effectively

  5. How? • Requiring special effort and sacrifice • Providing financial support from Sponsors • Providing special event incentives • Providing special training for participants • Providing awards and recognition for participants

  6. Diamond ClubRules & Perks

  7. Monthly Requirements: • 4 Out-of-Area events • 2 Local Events • 16 New IPC’s

  8. Qualifying Enrollments: • New IPC enrolment with at least 100pv(Re-activations do not qualify.) • Diamond Club Participant must personally participate in the presentation. • !! Webinars, Conference Calls, Skype Meetings, GoToMeetings and anything that would relate to this DO NOT QUALIFY AS A DC EVENT!!

  9. Qualifying Enrolments: (cont.) • Diamond Club member MUST meet face to face with the new enrollee. No exceptions! • New enrollees do NOT need to be personally “enrolled”, “sponsored” or within the organisation of the Diamond Club member to count towards the monthly enrolment requirement.

  10. Entering Enrollments • Must enter new enrollments through Diamond Club portal. • Diamond Club members responsibility to enter new enrollments through the portal. DO NOT instruct your team members to do this for you.

  11. Enrolment Promotions

  12. Travel Reimbursement: • Flying: Eligible for $250 per trip. • Driving: Eligible for $200 per trip, paid at $0.22 per km. • Travel plans with multiple legs WILL NOT combine these funds for use!

  13. Trip 1 • Event 1 • Flight from WA to SA • Meeting in SA • $250 Eligible • Event 2 • Drive 20km • Not $200 Eligible

  14. Trip 1 • Event 1 • Flight from WA to SA • Meeting in SA • $250 Eligible • Event 2 • Drive to Melbourne • $200 Eligible

  15. Reimbursements: • Must be submitted no later than midnight (MT) on the first day of the month. • MUST meet the event & enrolment requirements. NO Exceptions! • Maximum of 6 Trips can be submitted.

  17. In December each prospective participant must: • Personally enrol three people • Have 10 IPCs on LRP • Qualify as an elite
