  1. Punjab on Friday reported its first suspected cases of bird flu samples sent to the Bhopal lab

  2. Punjab on Friday revealed its initially associated cases with winged bird flu with tests from two poultry cultivates in Mohali testing positive for avian flu. The examples have now been shipped off a Bhopal office for affirmation. As per an authority, the examples were gathered from the poultry ranches at Behra town in Mohali's Dera Bassi and were tried at the Regional Disease Diagnostic Laboratory in Jalandhar. The examples have now been shipped off the Bhopal's National Institute of High Security Animal Diseases for affirmation, the authority added. The Bhopal office is the last expert for proclaiming feathered creature influenza.

  3. In the interim, Mohali Deputy Commissioner Girish Dayalan looked to mollify fears over the supected cases. He said the organization is ready and customary testing is being done to monitor associated cases with fledgling influenza. Neighboring Haryana has just proclaimed winged animal influenza and had reported to winnow over 1.60 lakh flying creatures of five poultry cultivates in Panchkula area. Prior, Punjab had sounded a caution and pulled all stops to protect the state from the conceivable impact of an episode in its neighboring states.
