Marketing EnhancementsPhase 1 Since October, 2009, Distributors around the world have taken advantage of these enhancements to grow their business: • Senior Consultant • Computer system updates any Distributor to a 35% discount who accumulates 500 Personally Purchased Volume (PPV) in one month • New Qualified Producer level with 42% Discount All Year • Accumulate 2,500 PPV within one to three volume months • 5k method for Supervisor qualification • Accumulate 5,000 PPV within three to twelve volumemonths

Marketing EnhancementsPhase 2 New enhancements to the Marketing Plan will give Distributors even more ways to grow their business beginning in September 2011: • Downline Volume Accumulation provides additional ways for Distributors to reach new levels of success • All four enhancements will be implemented on all systems and updates on MyHerbalife.com effective as of September 17, 2011 • You can check your downline volume by going to My Dowline Reports in the My Accounts & Reports section of MyHerbalife.com

FQS DS A DS B DS C Distributor Volume Accumulation Distributors can use downline volume (DLV) towards qualification for Senior Consultant with 42% for one month: This rule has existed for 31 years and is now implemented on all computer systems • Use DLV to accumulate 2,000 volume points or more in one month for a 42% discount *Note: Success Builder achieves 42% discount with 1000 PPV placed in one single order, not accumulated Get 42% discount for remainder of month 1500 Accumulated PPV + 500 DLV = 2,000 PV SC @ 35% discount 300 PPV SC @ 35% discount 200 PPV SC @ 35% discount

Distributors can use downline volume (DLV) towards qualification for 5K Supervisor: 5K Supervisor Using this method, you may use up to 1,000 DLV to accumulate 5,000 volume points within three to twelve consecutive volume months Distributor Volume Accumulation PPV 4,500 + DLV 500 = 5,000 5K Supervisor Qualification as of January 1, 2013
