Wikipedia : is an affluent individual who provides capital for a business start-up, usually in exchange for convertible debt or ownership My definition : Is an entrepreneur/manager with a least 1 great idea which she/he converted in a successful business and wants to be part of a similar experience again by providing an added-value (like own money, expertise, reputation, network…)
