  11. Offset Alignment Naming Convention • R = Region • OE = Outside Edge of Pavement • ME = Median Edge of Pavement • RT = Right • LT = Left • R1-4-RT-OE = Regions 1 through 4 right outside edge of pavement • R21-LT-ME = Region 21 left median edge of pavement
