Capacity Building • Capacity Building is the most vital element to achieve the desired results from watershed management programme • Common Guidelines have accorded higher priority to capacity Building under Paragraph 80-84 for Watershed development projects. • it is understood that Capacity Building is a continuous Process of upgrading knowledge and skills of the functionaries at different levels as well as different stages of Programme . • It does not stop as one time event and should be fulfilled from time to time during the course of the project planning. • There is need to streamline the capacity Building efforts at the SLNA,WCDC and WDT Level
