Required Actions Please check the task list in your Exhibitor Console for action items noted as “Complete Now” or “Link to Instructions”. All tasks are either due now or close to being due. For example, the artwork for your graphic panels is due on September 20. You will receive reminder e-mails for tasks that have not been completed. Note: The Exhibitor Appointed Contractor form is required only if you are hiring someone in your booth such as a performer or hostess.
Lead Retrieval Options • Included with each Silver level exhibit package is one lead retrieval unit, two units are included with the Gold Plus and Gold levels. • Decide which of the two systems best fits your needs and fax the order formto ATS. • A credit card is required as a security deposit. • You may order additional units or services at your own cost.
Registration Numbers Expected Registration: on target for 5,500 – 6,000 2012 Total: 6,104 2013 Year to Date – 5 weeks out: 4,490 2012 Year to Date – at the end of this same week: 4,435
Register Your Team and Book Hotel Rooms • Logistics contacts must assign each badge and then invite their staff members to register via their Exhibitor Console. Look for the Manage Registrations link. • Additional registrations may be purchased for staff members and customers via the console. Full Conference registrations are offered at a discounted exhibitor rate of $2,495 and Exhibits-Only registrations are offered for $850. • Logistics contacts should confirm that all invitees are in an “Active” status. Resend invitations to those who are in “Invited” status or “Added”. • \ • Hotel reservations may be booked at a discounted rate at the Venetian|Palazzo as part of the registration process. The deadline is October 1. Book now as these rooms always sell out!
Badge Types • Full Conference – permits access to: • Keynote presentations, educational lecture sessions, hands-on workshops (including advance seat sign-up), show floor and partner exhibits, Demo Jam, meals and refreshments, Tuesday evening Networking Reception, and the Thursday evening concert. • Exhibits-only – all of the above except the educational sessions and hands-on workshops. • Lecture-only – available for SAP TechEd speakers only. All of the above except hands-on workshops.
Exhibitor Resource and On-Site Survival Guides • The Exhibitor Resource Guide currently posted on the Resources page of the Exhibitor Information Web Site will answer frequently asked questions. • The On-Site Survival Guide will be e-mailed and posted in early October to answer on-site questions and provide important information for those attending. If you are not attending the conference, please forward this guide to those who are so they will have answers to the following questions: • Move-in and move-out schedule • Exhibitor registration check-in location and times • Location of the Exhibitor Service Center (Freeman, lead retrieval) • Meal locations and times • Business center details • Shipping information • Concert details – everyone with a badge is invited to see Imagine Dragons • And more!
