  2. LOGIC / CRITICAL THINKING1ST Sem, AY 2010 - 2011 Classroom Protocols: • Punctuality in classroom attendance and turning in of requirements. • Active classroom participation. • Proper classroom decorum. • Compliance with the Student Handbook. • Read.

  4. LOGIC / CRITICAL THINKING1ST Sem, AY 2010 - 2011 Grading System: • Prelim: Class Standing (60%) + Major Exam (40%) • Final: Class Standing (60%) + Major Exam (40%) Grades will initially be qualitative. The numerical equivalent will be given at the final grading period.

LOGIC / CRITICAL THINKING1ST Sem, AY 2010 - 2011 Alphabet Grades: • F: The essence of F-level work is that the student demonstrated a pattern of uncritical thinking and/or failed to do the required work of the course. • D: The essence of D-level work is that it demonstrates only a minimal level of understanding and skill in critical thinking. • C: The essence of C-level work is that it demonstrates more than a minimal level of skill but it is also highly inconsistent, with as many weaknesses as strengths. • B: The essence of B-level work is that it demonstrates more strengths than weaknesses and is more consistent in high level performance than C-level work. • A: Excellence overall, no major weaknesses.
