  2. Approx. 25 to 35 opening are there for Assistant Manager, Manager, Project Support Engineer Reference: Times Ascent dated 04/08/2010

  4. Crowd starts gathering early in the morning since 7 am Time: 8.45 am

  5. Time: 9.15 am Pune-Mumbai Highway Within half hour queue stretches to 1.5km (approx 2000-2500 candidate)

  6. Meanwhile company spokesperson coming & announcing criteria for short listing. (Purpose to reduce crowd). But no effect on crowd, standing firm on place. Time: 10.00 pm Inside view

  7. Time: 10.30 am Time: 11.00 am

  8. Local police van arrival to control traffic situation on Pune-Mumbai Highway (Vehicle parking around 1km on either side of Hotel on highway) Time: 11.10 am

  9. Candidate having experience of 10 years in Chassis Design Time: 11.45 am

  10. Everyone standing in queue with chatting regarding current job

  11. “GOLDEN DOOR” Entry gate for Resume submission (For which everyone standing) Time: 12.00 pm Finally queue gets disturbed

  12. And finally internal security personnel were called to control the situation Time: 12.10 pm

  13. Declaration: Thank you for your huge response & kindly co-operate, we had finished internal arrangement. Please submit your resume at desk near main entry gate. We will shortlist & announce list at 2.30pm. Time: 12.45 pm First time voice of TML spokesperson

  14. Time: 1.00 pm Within span of 15 min whole crowd gets disappeared. Lets go have a lunch, will meet again at 2.30pm

  15. What can we do. Crowd waiting for shortlist name announcement Time: 2.30 pm

  16. Wait……wait…..& wait. Almost hour past but no company personnel has come. Time: 3.30 pm

  17. And finally TML spokesperson with list walks down to gate. Announcement of short listed candidate for personal interview. Around 5-10 resume short listed for each category. ie 150 short listed out of 3500 resume Time: 4.15 pm

  18. Bye…..bye. Not short listed, lets go……. BEST LUCK for short listed candidate. Will meet again next walk-in?? Time: 5. 00 pm

  19. Moral: Do better at present work. Try to utilize every opportunity at best you can. Don’t depend on others for…….else situation is in front of you. THANK YOU Attended & Prepared by: One of the person fm the mob
