Starfish Newsletter Starfish Class - ‘Stars in the making!’ 7th June 2013 • Our learning • In literacy we have been writing in our diaries about our holiday. • In maths we have been recapping addition and beginning to record our work. • We have started our theme of ‘Moving on up’, see back for details. If you have any books linked to the theme please bring them in for us to share at snack time. • Snack Money • The children’s snack money is now due for this half term, the amount is £3.50. Please send it in a named envelope, thank you. • Road Safety • If you have not returned your permission slip please return this on Monday as without it your child will not be able to take part. • Legoland Trip • If you have not yet returned your permission slip for the trip we need this ASAP as we have to confirm numbers with Legoland. • Sunshine • We have had beautiful weather this week and the children have very much enjoyed their learning outside.
