  4. The results of all inspections performed every day at any of the Latin American ports are sent to the Information Center (CIALA, in Spanish) located in Buenos Aires. Results are then loaded into a database together with background information on the specific vessels involved. This data base is also used by Maritime Authorities when inspecting vessels.
