Note about adding New Programs • (1) Complete the Program wizard and communicate these details to your local ETPL Coordinator • (2) All new programs must have prior authorization by the appropriate state authorizing agency • (3) When verified, the program is forwarded to the Local Workforce Development Board (LWDB) for review. • (4) All LWDB approved programs are made public in VOS within 3 business days

Education and Training Programs Tab Editing -A change has been made to a tabin program wizard 2. *CONFIRMATION TAB* -The “submit for review and approval” check box has been checked and NEXT button clicked. Change written in Pencil -Nothing has been submitted for review 2. *CONVFIRMATION TAB* Change has been submitted for review (Change “pencil” edit to “pen”) Until Confirmation Tab check box is checked changes will remain in pencil status on the program.
Note About Confirmation Tab Submittal Editing Station 2. Review Station 3. Approval Station Once this box is checked, any additional edits are automatically submitted fore review and approval under the existing pending review group. A new pending review group will only appear once the review exiting group has been approved or rejected.

Education and Training Programs Tab -All changes made to a program are housed under one section for review Only lists the name of the first person who made a change to the program Only lists the date and time of first change made to program. Until this is approved a new Review Type will not show for editing.

Education and Training Programs Tab -This is like the new, “re-printed document” -Changes have been made, reviewed, and approved Once a program change review group is approved, the changes will appear in the Program Services tab and the changes are applied to the program in VOS. At this point, until additional changes are made, the Programs Services tab and the Educational Training Programs tab information will match.
Communication is Key! Changes were formerly identified with red text next to the section where the change was made. This functionality had been removed.

State PerformanceMeasures Measures will be available October 2019 for: • All Students Population • WIOA Participants • Credential Attainment Rate • Employment Rate During 2nd Quarter After Exit • Employment Rate During 4th Quarter After Exit • Median Earning During 2nd Quarter after Exit • Program Completion Rate measure (only for WIOA participant population)
What Are These Measuring? • Credential Attainment Rate Measures programs which led to attainment of a credential • Employment Rate During 2nd Quarter After Exit • Employment Rate During 4th Quarter After Exit Employment Opportunities and Occupational Demand • Median Earning During 2nd Quarter after Exit Gainful Employment and Economic Impact • Program Completion Rate Demand for the training/education program
Satellite Location • Show how to add a location • Explain that the satellite location can be selected when a program is entered
Providers – It’s all in the Name • Provide transparent and publicly accessible information on available providers and programs • Provide opportunities individuals who experience barriers to employment • Provide services to all population groups.
