Homecare • Some comments received from Canadian Review • Comments reviewed. • Agreed to keep the comments provided so far in the document for future reviewers to have the opportunity to read and comment on previously provided comments. • Andre’ welcomes any contributions to the examples section of the document specifically any documents themselves. • Next Steps • Andre’ has a few other reviews in Canada set up and will continue with those • Laura and Stephen had a previous assignment to have the Home Care storyboard reviewed in their respective countries.

Pediatric Allergy SB • Review of progress of storyboard so far • Next steps • Add appendices to include tables as exampled in the Home Care • Few clean ups to comments captured in track changes needed • Will remove the section related to Medical Record clean up and ACO’s towards the end of the document • Will review the pharmacy fulfillment/cost options at the beginning for universal application to other countries • Will leave the NP teaching section for now, and downsize the pharmacy teaching section.

Agenda for Dec 21 • Review Chronic Care SB updates – appendices with tables of expected artifacts has been added • Review any further comments collected on Home Care SB • Review any updates or questions from Pediatric Allergy SB if needed • Review Perinatology appendices with tables of expected artifacts if time and if Laura is available.
