  2. HOW TO OPEN AN ECATTS ACCOUNT 1. Go to Http://navfac.ecatts.com

  3. 2. Enter “navfac” as your initial registration password

  4. 3. After entering your contact information and establishing a permanent Password (This DOES NOT need to be done on an NMCI computer account) hit next and… • Select “Military Base Employee or Related Personnel” • Select “Military Assigned to Base or Installation” or Civilian Assigned to Base or Installation” (civilian contract personnel should select civilian employee NOT contractor.

  5. 4. Select Illinois as the training Location 5. Select NAVSTA Great Lakes (including Tennant Commands and other services) 6. For Training Support Center or Learning Site within the TSC Domain enter “Training Support Center”

  6. 7. Select the “Administrative” job function to complete your training plan.

  7. 8. After completing the ECATTS registration process by agreeing to the terms of usage, hit next and Select “go to your training” to find the list of required training sessions

  8. Select “Go to My Training Modules

  9. You are only required to complete the “Environmental Management System” training. Select “Go to Training for the Environmental Management System and take the training…

  10. Most tests are ten true/false or multiple choice questions

  11. ECATTs provides the results of the test immediately and provides the opportunity to review material related to any question missed during the test and then retake the questions missed without having to retake the entire test.

  12. After successfully (100% correct) passing each test, record of that is recorded under the “Test Results” tab. A printed pocket record of courses successfully completed can be printed from this tab and should be carried by the individual.
