  2. Strategic Crisis Planning Board 4- Chancellor notifies appropriate cabinet members. Coordinator of Disaster and Emergency Services 2- Campus police report the incident to the Coordinator 3- Coordinator notifies the appropriate Crisis Management Team members & the Chancellor or their designee. Crisis Management Team 4- Crisis Management Team members communicate with their department personnel to respond to crisis. Facilities Management PD EHS I.T. Counseling Center Wellness Center 1- Information is reported that constitutes a crisis or emergency – likely to be reported to campus police PD: Police Department EHS: Environmental Health & Safety I.T.: Information Technology

  3. Strategic Crisis Planning Board Coordinator of Disaster and Emergency Services Crisis Management Team Facilities Management PD EHS I.T. Counseling Center Wellness Center Status reports provided to Crisis Team Management members is collected by CDES and forwarded to Chancellor. PD: Police Department EHS: Environmental Health & Safety I.T.: Information Technology

  4. Strategic Crisis Planning Board Directives issued by the Chancellor go through the Coordinator to the Crisis Team members for action by their department personnel.
