  6. Adult Language in 2013 • 3 leaders: 3 clinical areas, 3 subgroups • Linda - Acute • Melissa - Rehab • Julia – Community • Members allocated to 1 relevant subgroup • Each meeting assigned to a subgroup and chaired by that leader (e.g. Community meeting in November)

  7. Adult Language in 2013 continued Trial of new CAP-D form Joint CAP within meetings Article discussion within meetings Group based data collection and clinical discussions (e.g. assessments available, positives and negatives for each)
