Provides recommendations for surveillance applications and capabilities, automation improvements, and aircraft systems
Is driven by the surveillance operational concept
Identifies the overall timing for the introduction of new capabilities and technologies, as well as sunset timeframes for those that are superceded
Lists key decision points and the events and activities they are predicated upon
Assess factors in developing a consensus recommendation on issues supporting a U.S. ADS-B decision in 2001
Maintain and update the Surveillance Operational Concept
Elaborate on the future operation of the Operational Errors and Detection Program
Coordinate the operational concept with other stakeholders
Adjust content based on feasibility results of architecture roadmap activity
