Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has relaxed more in the eligibility criteria for Direct Entry CA Students registered from July 01, 2017 to July 31, 2017, for appearing in May 2018 Intermediate (IPC) Examination under Revised Scheme of Education and Training.

Introduction More Relaxation In Eligibility Criteria of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has relaxed more in the eligibility criteria for Direct Entry CA Students registered from July 01, 2017 to July 31, 2017, for appearing in May 2018 Intermediate (IPC) Examination under Revised Scheme of Education and Training. Under the New Scheme of Education and Training, the eligibility criteria for Direct Entry CA Students are to complete Nine Months of Practical Training after undergoing Four Weeks Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (ICITSS) Course is modified for the sake of students. Modified Eligibility Criteria for CA Direct Route Students The Council of the Institute ICAI decided to allow students after completing eight months of Practical Training instead of nine months on the first day of the month, i.e. May 2018.  the Council has further decided to allow students to appear in May, 2018 Intermediate Examination after undergoing Four weeks Integrated ICITSS and completing seven months of Practical Training instead of eight months on the first day of the month, i.e. May 2018. Eligibility for Direct Entry For IPC Without CPT • Graduates or Post Graduates from Commerce stream having secured in aggregate a minimum of 55% of the total marks or its equivalent grade, or • other Graduates or Post Graduates having secured in aggregate a minimum of 60% of the total marks or its equivalent grade in the examination conducted by any recognized University (including Open University). Eligibility for Direct Entry CA Students to Appear in the Intermediate Examination • Graduates or Post Graduates Students: • is registered for the Intermediate (Integrated Professional Competence) Course; • has completed eight months of practical training (including study course for a period of seven months which shall commence from the date of registration to the Course). • 2. Students who have passed an Intermediate level examination of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India or The Institute of Company Secretaries of India : • is registered for the IPC Course • has undergone a study course for a period of eight months commencing from the date of registration to the Course.   6. CA IPCC Registration Last Date For Nov & May Attempt • IPCC or Integrated Professional Competence Course is the second level of Chartered Accountancy examinations.  • ICAI conducts CA IPCC exam twice in a year in the months of May and November. Visit Us : www.aftergraduation.co.in
