Short Term Plans • 3 Novice Courses over KSS all including Simulation Top sliced • CT2 at present all in Brighton-this year great feed back; next year 2 Sussex, 2 Kent, 2 Surrey • Anaesthetic updates, trouble shooting etc,Local teaching • Lot of F1/F2 activity with anaesthetic involvement • Quality Control / Support
Longer Term Plans • ST3-ST7 • 1 Simulator course per year for each trainee spread over kss simulators • Neuro (Cambridge) • Paediatrics (MEPA) • Airway (London/Bristol) pilot november 2011 Worthing • Obstetrics • Polytrauma • Multidisciplinary/Flexible • Local and regional demands
