Liquid thaw. Purpose. To see which liquid thaws the fastest out of water, Dr. Pepper, and sweet tea. Hypothesis. We think that dr. pepper is going to thaw the fastest because it is fizzy and that will make it thaw out first. The Materials. 18 oz of tea 18 oz of water

  1. Liquid thaw

  2. Purpose To see which liquid thaws the fastest out of water, Dr. Pepper, and sweet tea. Hypothesis We think that dr. pepper is going to thaw the fastest because it is fizzy and that will make it thaw out first.

  3. The Materials 18 oz of tea 18 oz of water 18 oz of Dr. Pepper 9 12 oz cups Freezer measuring cup Timer Record sheet Brown tray

  4. The Procedures 1.Purchase tea, Dr. pepper, and water 2.Fill 1 cup with 6oz of dr. Pepper 3.Repeat step 2 two more times 4.Fill 1 cup with 6oz of tea 5.Repeat step 4 two more times 6. Fill 1 cup with 6oz of water 7.repeat step 6 two more times.

  5. The Procedures 8. Place all cups on a brown tray. 9. Place in a freezer overnight. 10. The next morning take out of freezer and record time. 11. Check every thirty minutes until melted completely. 12. Record each liquids time that it melts for each trial until all completed.

  6. Conclusion Our hypothesis was right dr. pepper thawed the fastest. We assume it was because it is fizzy. If we were to do this again we would use Kool aid, power aid, and monster.
