  3. Vision Time taken in the present, to reflect on the past, which will inform the practice of future person-centred, safe, and effective care. Aims reflective sessions - one to one and groups. create development sessions for all bands promote eportfolio to record reflection and aid revalidation goals take the learning forward re-group and reflect on events . working in partnership with Dept. of Spiritual Care Strategic & Enabling Pillars staff engagement & commitment allocated funded time appropriate environment collaborative working NES practice educator

What did you like least about sessions? • “Having to leave the ward when I had allocated patients” • “Compassion fatigue is real, and recongnising it and asking for help and support is a good positive thing to do” • “Very good session. Would be good to have more” • “Would like to look more into building personal resilience and how to protect myself” Qs. General comments or suggestions?
