  4. FBI Hostage rescue team needed a small portable tool to identify finger prints and faces, so they got this.

  5. It takes pictures of faces and fingerprints of suspects for the FBI

  6. It is widely used by the FBI, and by them only

  7. It is unique, because it can help solve cases, and take pictures and fingerprintsof people.

  8. Owners of corp. would buy it to get back round info. on who they are hiring for a job

  9. Before you get a job they will scan you to see if you went to jail or were a felon
