  3. 75th Comptroller Squadron Building 430 is located between American First Credit Union and our Base Commissary. When visiting the Civilian Pay office please sign in at the front desk tablet. Enter your full name, unit, and select Civilian Pay as your category and state the reason for your visit.

  5. 75th Comptroller Squadron Services Provided • All issues related to Time and Attendance • Assistance to Supervisors and Timekeepers • Permanent Change of Station (PCS) vouchers • Direct Deposit • Withholding Allowance Certificate • Union Dues Allotments & Cancellations • Other Issues as Needed ie: Debts The Civilian Pay team works to resolve problems for the 16,000 civilians employed at Hill AFB

  6. 75th Comptroller Squadron Recording Time and Attendance Your Supervisor and/or Timekeeper will set up your profile in the appropriate T & A system. Work with your Supervisor and/or Timekeeper to ensure you are following proper procedures and your pay is being recorded correctly. Know Your Tour!

  7. 75th Comptroller Squadron Pay Period Calendar There are 26 pay periods in each calendar year. Your paycheck will be disbursed via electronic transfer (EFT) to the financial institution you have designated on your Direct Deposit form. The EFT is distributed every two weeks on Friday.

  8. 75th Comptroller Squadron MyPay You can review your Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) at https://mypay.dfas.mil/ You will need a UserID and Password or DOD CAC card to access the SmartCard Login It will take two to three pay periods for new employees to obtain a MyPay account Current as of 10 Sep 2018

  9. 75th Comptroller Squadron MyBiz+ Information regarding your pay and leave accruals can also be reviewed at: https://compo.dcpds.cpms.osd.mil You will need an active DOD CAC card to use the SmartCard Login Updated 10 SEP 18

  10. 75th Comptroller Squadron MyBiz+ Information regarding any personnel actions can be reviewed here to include: • Grade and Step Changes • Special Awards • Group or Squadron Transfers • In processing and Out processing Personnel Actions are considered complete when an SF-50 has been produced. Data provided by A1C Zavala and is current as of 14 May 18

  11. 75th Comptroller Squadron Electronic Official Personnel Folder The (eOPF) is the site that contains your entire employment history with the Federal Civil Service. It is run by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and can be reviewed at: https://eopf.opm.gov/usaf/ You will receive an email from OPM when new documents are added to your account

  12. 75th Comptroller Squadron Leave and Earnings Statement Your LES will include information on: • Pay Plan Grade and Step • Financial Institution for Pay & Allotments • Hourly & Overtime Rates • Basic Pay and Locality Adjustment • Deductions, Taxable, and Nontaxable wages • Leave Accrued, Used, Donated, & Current Balances

  13. 75th Comptroller Squadron Leave and Earnings Statement • Your first LES will be mailed as it takes 2 to 3 pay periods to establish your MyPay account • Review each LES for errors. If unusual changes in your pay are noted and cannot be resolved in MyPay please contact us. • If changes on your Direct Deposit or Withholding Allowance Certificate (W-4) are required please contact us.   14. 75th Comptroller Squadron Employment Verification • The Civilian Pay team does NOT give any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) to outside agencies. • Your employment information can be sent directly to the requester by email from MyBiz • This information is sent as a password protected PDF file • The password is sent to you and you send it to the requester.

  15. 75th Comptroller Squadron Employee Transfers • Permanent Change of Station (PCS) - The Civilian Pay team handles all PCS matters to include travel, extended lodging, vehicles, and real estate. • Leave Balances – If you have transferred from another Federal Agency with leave accrual balances it will take one to three pay periods before they appear on your LES • Air Force Reserve & National Guard – We can assist you with certain elements as you transition between your Civilian and Military responsibilities
