Tutorial Status 2 • Cost of four tutorials estimated at around $5K • Based on A/V requirements, B&W copies of course materials • Need ~17 registrants to break even • 22 registrants, 1 tutorial registrant • Extrapolates to ~20 tutorial attendees based on last year’s attendance • Are we charging for the tutorials? • Course material printing deadline set • To Ralph by 18 Feb if they want GOMACTech to copy and distribute
