2. “LaunchPad” Before the commencement of the digital age, music fans on a budget had to choose or prioritize which albums were worthy of purchasing. The digital age opened a new avenue for all artists to market content. The United States doesn’t know the level of talent located throughout the Southwest; so I built a “LaunchPad”. Finally, a musical event so hot and stacked with things to please everyone. Fans, get everything you hear hot off the press. Advertisers get access to all demographics. Artists get paid & distributed. Well, now we can take the worlds hottest talent, stuff them into reality tv and propelled them off the “LaunchPad”.

3. “LaunchPad” This show brings Fans closer to the Artists by allowing you to see content from every angle, including live performance. It’s like trying on a new shoe before you buy it. Fans can watch any artist debuting new songs and show your support by downloading their music. Finally, the fans regain control of defining what is considered good art.

4. The show Auditions Rules • All original content. • All parties involved must have agreement for distribution • Music must be copy written • This is a platform for music’s elite and its newcomers • Artists need to submit a demo CD of all original new music. We will choose your best 3 songs, producers will integrate you into the show.

5. The show We are looking to build the fan base of all Artists. From our tour of 10 cities we host “The winners showcase” Or We host 7 auditions in 10 cities around the country, we choose the top 3 from each show. Competitions shall be streamed for fans to vote to advance their favorite performers. We will have aMega Shows in AZ to narrow the qualified candidates down to 21

6. The show Performance Dad, Semi Finals & Finals • Entertainers perform their best original tracks with graphics • Concert & Competitions with dancing opportunity • Top 3 performances qualify for Semi Finals

8. “LaunchPad” -We let all accomplished artists who pre submit their 3 tracks/demos and been approved have access to the stage with proper coordination. -if you are one of the three chosen performers from any category you must have to the ability to travel to Phoenix, AZ and spend 1 week prior to Semifinals & up to 2 weeks for Finals in Las Vegas -We will hold auditions for the aspiring & newcomers (pre registration is required or you will not be seen) -A demo is required either by email or in person. -All Performers must own & manage their own website

Breakdown Southwest Talents was originally designed with current formats in mind, however it was necessary to evolve the dynamics of this production to meet the needs of the fans and the business community. It’s with this new revelation, The Show was renamed, “Launchpad” (can be 3 individual shows in one) “LaunchPad 7,000” Each qualifying competition = ½ hr show. “LaunchPad 700,000” This round =1hr show looking for the top 7 “LaunchPad 7,000,000” 2hr finally watching the finalist journey, performing and getting more new music out to the fans so we can choose the next LaunchPad mega star (selling over 7 million songs becoming an instant millionaire). There is no limit to competition appearances; release till your hearts content. If its good and meets our decency standards we can book you.

Be the first to be featured • We are searching for 210 of the most talented Musicians for “LaunchPad” each season • (The only reality music show focused on showcasing global talent within the Southwestern U.S.) • Criteria: • 1. Must have amazing original music (recorded preferably) • 2. Must be working (actively performing live) • 3. Must be willing to make every performance your best • 4. Must be willing & able to distribute musical content through our music distribution system
