  1. PICKING HEALTHY FOODS LESSON PLANThrough this lesson, young children will have the opportunity to use their arts and crafts skills while learning all about fruits, vegetables, and what foods are not only good and tasty, but good for them. Students will learn which foods give them energy and the importance of eating habits. Most importantly, this lesson will give the students the information and skills they will need to make the right choices when it comes to their intake of foods from now and throughout their lives. By continuing the lesson in homework, they can also further discuss and inform their families of such as well, thus expanding the lesson from the classroom into the home as well.
