Application parts • Involvement of MDT in APQP helps to develop the parts in record time • FMEA in place to Eliminate the failures at development stage & supply of parts right first time. • Development of Cummins FES in one Month time Development of SPM for Drilling & Tapping of 3 Discs at a time Use of Latest Robotic Technology in Fettling to enhance the productivity of complex parts Development of FT4 Parts (Saddle, Intake Manifold, Fly. Hsgs., Pulley) in Shortest lead time.
