Elements of good data access policies • Green Button CMD options: Retail Customer schema includes billing history • “level of data necessary to render, reconstruct and understand the customer’s bill” • Third party eligibility: (i) contact info, (ii) receipt of privacy rules, (iii) technical interoperability • Instant response: Green Button CMD should immediately send data after customer authorization • HAN: API for device provisioning
