Recent accomplishments • Data quality improvement • Improved system reliability and availability • Reduced volume of help desk calls • Contact the Help Desk (1-877-483-8282 or idis.help@hud.gov) with issues, concerns, or questions • Geocoding • Improved reporting- Microstrategy 9 • Multiple DUNS/TINs for a grantee • Homeless Emergency Solutions Grant (HESG) • New on-screen questions related to Lead-Based Paint control • HOPWA Competitive • Automated performance data for HOPWA Formula program

  4. Coming in April • Begin to tackle Section 108 loan guarantees and integrate with CDBG • ConPlan -Strategic Plan -Action Plan • CAPER • Home Financial Controls • HESG Performance Reports • EMIS pilot program

Planned Enhancements • Integrating IDIS OnLine with DRGR for an “eGrants portal” • Incorporating other HUD grant programs into IDIS or DRGR • Database streamlining and redesign for DRGR and IDIS • Email workflow • Integrate CCR as sole source for all grantee information • Time Stamps on accomplishment data • Better audit trails on data entered • E-Signatures for grant agreements • Pdf file storage for supporting documentation • Increase number of regions to enable dedicated region for training and maintenance • Cross program reporting • XML capacity for uploading IDIS program data and eliminate EDI • ConPlan 2.0
